Welcome to PTCUMC Kids! This gathers basic information for first time visitors with kids ages infant through Grade 5. Please fill out the basic parent information and then add your kids in the “household members” section. Thank you so much - we’re so glad you’re here!

Please make sure to list all children that are visiting Kids at PTCUMC and any other adult associated with your household. (if your child is in elementary, please be sure to select their grade - if NOT, please leave blank)
